The platform the public sector uses to digitize procedures, records and notices

Govlink™ is rolled out module by module, run autonomously —without waiting for a vendor to handle each request— and hosted in the cloud, with no servers of your own.

  • Records and digital signatures with legal standing
  • Online procedures and appointments for residents
  • Notices with proof of delivery
  • REST API, X-Road and Govlink ID (OAuth 2)
  • In the cloud, with a copy of your data on your own servers

90+ public agencies have already digitized their procedures with Govlink™. In the press (in Spanish): Infobae Convergencia

What changes when an agency works with Govlink™

Autonomy: the agency runs the platform

Procedures, forms, departments, permissions and workflows are configured from the back office, without waiting for a vendor to handle the request.

Procedures get resolved 18 times faster

When the record is digital, 80% of its steps can be automated: referrals, notices, signatures and filing.

Interoperable with what already exists

REST API, X-Road, remote digital signature and OAuth 2 authentication with Govlink ID. Current systems integrate; they are not replaced all at once.

Procedures are built from the back office, without writing code

You pick the fields, define which department receives it and who signs, and publish it on the portal. Changing it later is just as simple: there is nobody to ask.

How much your agency saves by leaving paper behind

Paper, ink, printer repairs, fuel to move documents around and rented space to store files. The savings calculator estimates how much of that your agency spends every year and how much it recovers with Govlink™.

USD 183,000

a year is what a municipality of 40,000 residents spends on paper (2025 figures, Argentina)

Reference figure, estimated from two reference municipalities and converted from Argentine pesos. The calculator gives you the number for your own agency.

Which procedures get digitized with Govlink™

Govlink™ is not one module: it is five layers working together

Each module is rolled out on its own, and all of them share the same citizen identity, the same digital signature, the same records and the same data. Those with a page of their own are links.

Paper and siloed systems belong to the past

With paper and siloed systems With Govlink™
Every department with its own system, and none of them talk One platform: the same identity, signature, records and data for every department
Every change depends on a vendor getting to it The agency configures procedures, departments and workflows on its own
Notices that do not arrive or cannot be proven Notices with proof of delivery and reading
Your own servers, manual backups and systems out of support In the cloud, with a copy of your data on your own servers if policy requires it
Residents show up, wait in line and come back Procedures, appointments and requests from a phone, with status in view

How Govlink™ is implemented

In weeks, planned in advance, with training and data migration included.

  1. Assessment

Procedures, departments and systems to integrate.

  2. First module in production

The department that needs it most, with its people trained.

  3. Scale by department

Each department comes on board when ready, on the same foundation.

Certified Govlink™ Analysts in different regions accompany every step on the ground.

Verifiable security and compliance

Govlink™ complies with ISO/IEC 27001, with end-to-end encryption, role-based access control and continuous audits. Wai™ is a registered data controller with Argentina’s data protection authority (AAIP) and its databases are on file. Data is hosted in Argentina or in jurisdictions with compatible regulations.

What everyone asks before the demo

How long does implementation take?

It depends on the size of the agency, but weeks, including training and data migration from other systems. The process is planned in advance; complex cases can take longer.

Do we need our own servers?

No. Govlink™ runs in the cloud. If the agency’s security policy requires it, mirrors of files and databases can be kept on your own servers.

Does it integrate with the systems we already have?

Yes: REST API, X-Road integration, remote digital signature, OAuth 2 authentication with Govlink ID and integration with citizen wallets. Current systems coexist with Govlink™; they do not have to be replaced all at once.

Where does the data live and who protects it?

On servers in Argentina or in countries with compatible data protection regulations. Wai™ complies with Law 25.326, is a registered data controller with the AAIP and complies with ISO/IEC 27001, with end-to-end encryption and continuous audits.

Request a 30-minute demo

We get back to you on the next business day to schedule. The demo is run by a person on the team, on the workflow your department cares about.

  • We walk through the procedure or workflow you choose, end to end.
  • We show you how it is configured without depending on a vendor.
  • We go over how it integrates with the systems you already use.
  • You leave with a module-by-module implementation plan, no commitment.
