Whoever withdraws it signs in and states what for: a work order, a department, an event. Stock drops on the spot and the withdrawal stays in the history of the material and of the person.

Materials withdrawn for a work order stay on that order. Leftovers return to the warehouse as a return receipt. The cost of the job builds itself.

The minimum warns before it runs out
Every material has a minimum stock level per warehouse. As it approaches, the system alerts the person in charge so the purchase goes out on time, not as an emergency.
