The Web Site is operated by Wai Technologies S.A. (hereinafter, “Wai”), with legal domicile in the Republic of Argentina.

Wai Technologies S.A. is Responsible for the processing of personal data collected through the Web Site and is duly registered as Responsible Party Registered before the National Directorate for the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic, in compliance with Law No. 25,326, its complementary rules and regulations.

The processing of personal data is governed by Argentine legislation on the protection of personal data, in particular Law No. 25,326 and its regulations.

The Agency for Access to Public Information, In its capacity as the controlling body of Law No. 25,326, it is empowered to hear complaints and claims filed in relation to non-compliance with the rules on the protection of personal data.

In the event of any controversy, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.
